Wheels feature Delrin plastic bearings and include full thread guards to reduce debris entanglement. Recessed axles are covered with plastic caps, and mounting hardware is constructed of 316S Stainless Steel. Next Generation casters are resistant to most chemicals.

850 Series

Albion 850 Series are kingpinless dual wheel casters designed to meet the varied needs of the aviation ground support equipment industry. These robust casters are equally at home in many other extremely abusive and rugged applications. 850 Series top plates are made of 3/4″-thick AISI 1045 steel, a one-piece forging machined and through-hardened for long life. Legs are 3/4″-thick through-hardened steel, welded to yoke base (directly to top plate on rigid) using 100,000 psi weld filler.
