PF – Never-Flat
Pemco Never-Flat™ PF casters never go flat! The wheels feature a unique open and closed micro cellular polyurethane technology. QuietKat
QuietKat wheels are very durable, roll easily, and are well suited to a variety of applications. These lightweight wheels cushion any ride over rough surfaces, providing excellent shock absorption. The soft 88A Durometer thermoplastic rubber tread will not mark floors and are designed to reject debris. QuietKat wheels are resistant to chemicals, water, and steam, and can withstand a variety of weather conditions. Thread guards are designed as a grease seal and are date stamped to assist you in evaluating wheel life.
XA Polyurethane on Polypropylene
This wheel has excellent properties where wash-down of material handling equipment is required. Tread is mechanically locked to
an injection molded polymer core to prevent separation. Polyurethane wheels offer greater load capacity than rubber. They offer excellent floor protection. These wheels resist chemicals, acids, caustics and oils.
VL Cast Iron V-Groove
Wheel face and “Vâ€-groove are machined from heavy duty cast iron. A relief groove at the base of the “V†tends to equalize the load to each face
of the angle track when in operation. Wheel face and bore are machined for concentricity to proper tracking. These wheels can be used not only on
track but flat surfaces as well.
Please note: Track alignment is critical when utilizing v-groove wheels.
